The Opportunity
The Project Manager Team Lead (Agency Manager) works with Project Management Leadership to support the planning and implementation of production strategies to ensure client expectations are delivered with high quality , accuracy, and timeliness .
The Project Manager Team Lead is responsible for managing an agency of Project Managers and Traffic Managers, guiding strategy development, decision-making, and crisis management.
Your Key Contributions
Your Notable Skills and Attributes - You will be managing the performance of your Project Managers and Traffic Managers, driving discipline, efficiency, and effectivity .
- You will be overseeing the management and coordination flow of production between internal stakeholders (advisory, creatives, specialists) and external stakeholders (clients).
- You will be monitoring and tracking the progress of all the projects under your team, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- You will be anticipating potential project issues, proactively addressing them before it affects the production process.
- You will be leading crisis management and process control, quickly turning project challenges into satisfactory results.
- You will be participating in developing process improvement and training, propelling the Project Management Team to higher standards.
- You will be reporting to local Project Management Leadership and to Global Stakeholders.
