What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and service level agreements
- Participating in training and development programs to continuously improve your skills
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably within the technology or services industry
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
- A genuine passion for helping customers and a commitment to continuous improvement
