Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Open to Senior High School Graduates
- Experience Level: At least 2 years of BPO experience handling any of the following:
- Banking and Financial Services
- Home Loan Servicing
- Home Loan Application Support
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Customer assistance and issue resolution.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City
