Plans, prepares and carries out audits in compliance with the accreditation requirements.
Submits audit plan based on set lead time
Conducts audits under multiple accreditations (2nd party and 3rd Party Audits)
Creates and submits audit documentation and audit reports based on set lead time
Monitors accomplished non-conformity report with audited client
Review of corrective action provided by audited clients
Ensures that service requirements are accordingly planned, executed and controlled in order to fulfill the certification’s requirements, and strive the customers’ satisfaction and business objectives.
Monitor and measurement of key performance indicators and ensure that individual target are met.
Processing of Lead Auditor Initial and Re-Appointment in IAMS
Timely service hours reporting to be encoded in SAP
Ensures compliance to applicable statutory activities, with close coordination with the QM/HSE Local Officer.
Coordinates the schedule and audit plan with the customer and, if necessary, with the auditor team
Collects and analyses data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, fraud or noncompliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
Might lead the audit in the function of the lead auditor specially during acting lead assignments.
Records strengths, deviations, recommendations and evidence viewed.
Prepares explains audit findings and recommends solutions to auditee.
Experience & Further Qualifications
5-10 years of professional experience in related field.
With broad experience in Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Information Security Management System (ISO 27001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001)
Experience in Internal audit, Supplier Audit and External Audits
Familiarity with Environmental, Health and Safety legal and regulatory requirements.
With understanding in 19011 and 17021 requirements.
Demonstrates knowledge in cloud service security and personal data security.
PREFERRED: Experience in environmental and construction industries, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and compliance requirements.
