Combination of data entry, research, and administrative support duties.
Ensure all customers/clients receive the highest level of service by answering inquiries and resolving issues, primarily through email and Monday Boards.
Respond to basic inquiries from Brokers, agents, and customers/clients concerning a policy status or billing error.
Ensures that all relevant requests are promptly addressed and accurate information is effectively communicated to the client.
Ensuring the accuracy of all updates made to client payment information, billing plans, effective date changes, and endorsement requests through both backend and frontend systems.
Job Qualifications
Bachelors or College degree.
IT graduates or any related computer courses is an advantage.
Critical decision-making Skills.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Attention to detail.
Amendable to work in night shift and onsite at #5 F. Blumentritt, Brgy Batis, San Juan City.
