MERN Stack Developer (Remote)

What you'll do:
- Build and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js
- Develop modern front-ends with Next.js and scalable back-end services with NestJS
- Implement caching and performance optimization using Redis
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and AWS
- Work with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL) databases
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to bring features to life
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability
What we're looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
- Experience with Next.js and NestJS
- Familiarity with Redis for caching and performance
- Working knowledge of databases — both MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
- Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) — a must
- Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
