As a Guidewire Configuration Developer Associate, you will specialize in developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform, a comprehensive software suite for insurance companies. Your role will involve designing, coding, and testing software solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of insurance organizations. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a team that helps clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities
- Developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform to meet the specific needs of insurance organizations
- Designing, coding, and testing software solutions for policy administration, claims management, and billing processes
- Analyzing client needs to implement software solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Collaborating with team members and clients to address varying challenges and scope
- Applying software development methodologies to enhance system development and integration
- Configuring Guidewire BillingCenter and ClaimCenter to streamline insurance operations
- Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns
- Building commercial awareness and understanding how the business works
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- At least 0 to 1 years of experience
