Role Overview:

We are hiring for one ofour clients, seeking a Biologist to work on a contractor basis. You will apply your background in biology and life sciences research to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze real-world lab data, study protocols, specimen records, and scientific literature to extract actionable insights and structured context.
• Identify and trace experimental findings, anomalies, and research decisions within fragmented, real-world information.
• Synthesize biology and life sciences research knowledge into realistic, challenging tasks that reflect authentic scenarios for evaluating AI agents.
• Create clear, detailed prompts and evaluation rubrics grounded in the materials and scenarios provided.
• Distinguish relevant from irrelevant information to ensure high-quality contributions to AI model development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven biology and life sciences research expertise, with hands-on experience in conducting biological research and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise prompts.
• Ability to work independently, with a high degree ofattention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in AI model development, training, or evaluation is not required, but solid domain knowledge in biology and life sciences research is essential.
• Proficiency with AI platforms, tools, or systems is a plus.
