Perform data validation, cleanup, standardization, and quality checks.
Manage the end-to-end data upload lifecycle, including data preparation, validation, and execution of manual or bulk updates in Payorlink, SAP, and OHI using tools like Postman.
Review and analyze data to identify errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
Assist in maintaining accurate and reliable data across various systems and databases.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
Support data migration, mapping, and reconciliation activities.
Use Python and other tools to automate repetitive data processing tasks.
Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve data processing, classification, and validation activities.
Prepare and maintain data dictionaries, mapping documents, and related documentation.
Follow established data governance, security, and privacy standards.
Work closely with business units and technical teams to address data-related issues and requirements.
Provide regular reports and insights to support operational and business needs.
Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, usage patterns, and shifts in network physician utilization performance.
Perform outlier detection and anomaly monitoring to flag unusual activity, billing irregularities, or medical cost deviations.
Proactively identify data and operational leakages, including coordination fee variances and referral patterns.
Physician Data: Setup, affiliations, and operational coordination with Stakeholders.
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in data management, data analysis, reporting, or a related role.
Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects, internships, or certifications are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Experience using Python for data processing and automation.
Familiarity with Power Query, ETL processes, and APIs.
Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms is an advantage.
Familiarity with Git or other version control tools is a plus.
