The Role
The Integration Lead is responsible for ensuring seamless, accurate, and reliable data flow across all systems involved in the ERP, DMS, and Mobility landscape.
This role acts as the primary bridge between the Local Market and Global Technical Teams, ensuring that technical design, data mapping, error handling, and interface governance are consistently executed. The Integration Lead safeguards end‑to‑end process continuity, ensuring that every system handshake supports business operations without disruption.
This role is critical in ensuring system readiness, data integrity, and operational reliability across the entire route‑to‑market ecosystem.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Integration Design & Coordination
- Coordinate with Global Integration Teams to align on interface design, architecture, and technical standards.
- Ensure all interfaces between ERP ↔ DMS, Mobility ↔ ERP, and DMS ↔ Mobility follow global templates while addressing local market needs.
- Validate data mapping, transformation rules, and integration logic across all systems.
Interface Build, Testing & Deployment
- Oversee the end‑to‑end build of all interfaces, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project milestones.
- Lead integration testing cycles (SIT, E2E, UAT), ensuring test scripts, scenarios, and data sets reflect real operational conditions.
- Ensure defects are properly tracked, prioritized and resolved
- Ensure all interfaces are ready for cutover and stable for go‑live.
Data Integrity & Process Continuity
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all system touchpoints (master data, pricing, orders, invoices, payables, promotions).
- Monitor data flow performance and resolve integration issues in collaboration with technical teams.
- Identify and resolve data mismatches, duplication, or delays
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
- Work closely with ERP, DMS, Mobility, and business project leads (Master Data, PMO, Deployment) to ensure integration supports operational workflows.
- Serve as the primary integration contact for distributor‑related data flows and mobility operations.
Governance & Documentation
- Maintain integration documentation including interface catalogues, data flow diagrams, mapping sheets, and error-handling guides.
- Ensure compliance with global governance and security standards
- Provide regular updates on integration status, risks, and issues
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify integration risks early, including data inconsistencies, interface delays, and dependency conflicts.
- Escalate critical issues to the Deployment Lead and Global Integration Team.
- Track and report integration readiness, stability, and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Strong experience in system integration and interface management
- Experience with S4 HANA, NewsPage and Salesforce
- Good understanding of data flows, APIs, middleware, and integration concepts
- Proven experience in end-to-end testing (SIT/UAT)
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in data and integration issues
- Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong documentation and communication skills
