About This Role

We’re seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join our growing team and help manage our expanding portfolio of client accounts. This is a back-end role supporting our ads department — you’ll work alongside our in-house team member and potentially grow into a leadership position. If you’re a Facebook Ads expert with proven U.S.-based experience in home service lead generation, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan, launch, and manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns (lead gen, traffic, conversion)

• Monitor performance daily and optimize for cost per lead, lead quality, and ROI

• Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns that are performing

• Create and refine offers that convert for home service businesses

• Build and optimize lead forms and landing page strategies

• Identify drop-off points and recommend improvements

• Set up and manage ad accounts, pixels, and tracking

• Handle client access, permissions, and troubleshooting

• Develop ad creatives (images and basic video) using tools like Canva or AI

• Write compelling ad copy that aligns with the offer

• Continuously test new creative variations

• Build and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns

• Post and manage organic content on client pages as needed

• Conduct regular A/B testing (creative, copy, audiences, offers)

• Provide clear performance updates and actionable recommendations

• Track activities and tasks using project management tools (Asana)

• Use time tracking software (Time Doctor) for accountability

What We’re Looking For:

Non-Negotiables:

Proven U.S.-based Facebook Ads experience with verifiable work history (resume, case studies, or portfolio demonstrating actual U.S. campaigns)

Home service industry experience in lead generation (tree services, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, or similar service-based businesses)

Local service ads expertise (NOT e-commerce)

Available to work full-time during Central Time business hours

Self-sufficient professional who doesn’t need extensive training — you should know what you’re doing from day one

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with WhatConverts (call tracking platform) is a plus

Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or similar)

2+ years of hands-on Facebook Ads management experience (though we value expertise over years)

What Success Looks Like:

You can jump in immediately and start optimizing campaigns effectively

You demonstrate expert-level Facebook Ads knowledge (proper audience targeting, campaign structure, etc.)

You help generate more leads, lower cost per lead, and improve overall lead quality

You’re adaptable and can work independently while collaborating with the team

Qualifications:

2+ years of Facebook Ads experience (more is great, but we prioritize skill over tenure)

Strong understanding of local service ad campaigns and lead generation strategies

Ability to prove past experience with actual campaign examples or results

Excellent communication skills in English

Comfortable with Facebook Business Manager, Canva, time tracking tools, and project management platforms

Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
