Description
We’re looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who can bring in both creative and technical expertise in developing Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) and 3D structural visuals using SketchUp. The role requires someone with a good eye for design, a strong understanding of brand execution, and the ability to turn briefs into accurate, production-ready artworks.
You’ll be part of a collaborative creative team that supports regional and global marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality and on-brand deliverables for both print and 3D executions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop POSM layouts, retail displays, and structural mockups using SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Interpret creative briefs, ensuring designs are accurate, feasible for production, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Prepare print-ready and production-ready files, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and technical specifications.
- Work closely with the Traffic Manager and the whole Creative Team to manage project timelines and revisions.
- Collaborate with project managers, structural designers, and suppliers to ensure creative accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct quality checks on design output, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and structural innovations relevant to in store marketing and retail displays.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail design, POSM, or packaging design.
- Proficient in SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Understanding of print production processes, materials, and structure-building basics.
- Strong layout, typography, and visualisation skills with keen attention to visual detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in 3D rendering (V-Ray or similar) is an advantage.
- Team player with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
