What You'll Do
- Enter and process bills accurately and on time
- Manage accounts payable and maintain proper transaction documentation
- Reconcile credit card statements and categorize expenses correctly
- Review charges, identify discrepancies, and resolve billing issues
- Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports
- Upload, organize, and maintain financial documents and records
- Perform accurate data entry across financial systems
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails professionally
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Maintain organized records and ensure information remains current and accurate
What You Bring
- Previous bookkeeping, accounting support, or accounts payable experience
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and reconciliations
- Experience entering, tracking, and categorizing financial transactions
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry tools
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
