We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper who enjoys bringing order to financial records, solving discrepancies, and keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll manage accounts payable, reconcile transactions, prepare reports, and support administrative processes that help the business make informed decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Enter and process bills accurately and on time
  • Manage accounts payable and maintain proper transaction documentation
  • Reconcile credit card statements and categorize expenses correctly
  • Review charges, identify discrepancies, and resolve billing issues
  • Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports
  • Upload, organize, and maintain financial documents and records
  • Perform accurate data entry across financial systems
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails professionally
  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Maintain organized records and ensure information remains current and accurate


What You Bring

  • Previous bookkeeping, accounting support, or accounts payable experience
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and reconciliations
  • Experience entering, tracking, and categorizing financial transactions
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Proficiency with computer systems and data entry tools
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Professional, organized, and dependable work style
  • Experience preparing reports and maintaining financial records
