YOUR ROLE


Responsible for accurate entry of data into both customer and CEVA system, filing, answering telephones, and providing general clerical support and conform to client specifications and management directives. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


  • Ensure 100% real time data entry in terms of returns / outbound into customer system and CEVA WMS.
  • Input all adjustments in WMS and ensure that they are properly accounted, approved, recorded, and filed
  • Assign warehouse location for all incoming stocks based on CEVA WMS.
  • Input stock relocation of items to CEVA WMS.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy on Delivery Order (DO) and Invoice creation for all SOS being processed in customers WMS and CEVA WMS.
  • Supply accurate documentation that may be part of billing or customer inventory
  • Communicate potential data issues to immediate superiors or client. Decide and solve problems if needed
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Team Leader with regards to priority picking whenever necessary
  • Always account all inventory items and interface with customer staff to advise them the status of the inventory
  • Ensure that all delivery orders are complete of attachment i.e., PO, Picking list before the turnover to Truck Dispatcher
  • Perform various clerical duties including filing, photocopying, sorting, and emailing
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports needed by client


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


  • Graduate of any vocational or 4 year course.
  • With at least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications
  • Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
  • Ability to respond promptly and professionally to customer needs and solicits customer feedback to improve performance
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine correspondence
  • Gather and analyze information skillfully
  • Balance team and individual responsibilities; exhibit objectively and openness to other’s views
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Consistently on work and on time
  • Must be able to read , write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers and suppliers
