Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production/application support for STIBO MDM (STEP) platform.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data, workflow, and system-related issues.
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL.
- Support data integration, data quality, and governance processes.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Assist in system maintenance, upgrades, and deployments.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with STIBO MDM (STEP).
- Basic SQL knowledge for querying and data validation.
- Experience in application/production support.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
- Familiarity with data quality and data governance principles.
- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Knowledge of data integration tools or ETL processes is a plus.

Enhances Support
- Assessing change requests raised by the business to understand business requirements and translating into designs to implement into the STEP software
- Making ad-hoc changes in the STEP software to resolve defects or implement small changes. These changes would require scripting knowledge.
- To be able to unit and system test changes implement as well as perform regression testing on the solution as needed.
- Investigation, problem diagnosis and the resolution of technical or configuration issues relating to the operation of STEP software working within defined SLA’s.
- Update and produce documentation as required for any changes or amendments to the solution
- providing Technical support for the STEP developed solution deployed
- Deployment and testing of software releases for STEP.
- Monitor and manage the Step solution performance.
- Logging of errors into the ServiceNow Software.
- Monitor and lead on any STEP software upgrades that are required to ensure these are tested and scheduled in and communicated with support and the wider business.
