Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting of data and metrics to the General Manager for the respective Business Unit
  2. Strong management skills, with a proven ability to motivate, lead, and develop a team
  3. Ability to provide evidence of delivering excellent customer service
  4. Works in partnership with internal and external teams to deliver focused customer strategies
  5. Prepares client status reports and participates in client reviews
  6. Acts as the point of contact for clients and manages process escalations from start to resolution
  7. Good understanding of operational drivers that contribute to excellent customer experience
  8. Experience in change management with demonstrated improvements following implementation
  9. Provides coaching and feedback, and is responsible for delivering the defined complaints management process
  10. Contributes to the initial hiring and selection of team members
  11. Handles people management responsibilities, including HR-related matters, feedback, appraisals, and staff development
  12. Leads team motivation, engagement, and development of future leaders
  13. Ensures resource optimization
  14. Demonstrates strong operational capabilities such as capacity planning, resource management, and travel readiness
  15. Assists in preparing offshore training strategies, including methodology, duration, and desired outcomes
  16. Develops and implements strong retention and employee engagement strategies
