Qualifications:
Availability of US Visa is desirable

Essential Skills:
Experience in US retirement, annuities, and securities industry space is mandatory

Responsibilities:
Reporting of data and metrics to the General Manager for the respective Business Unit
Strong management skills, with a proven ability to motivate, lead, and develop a team
Ability to provide evidence of delivering excellent customer service
Works in partnership with internal and external teams to deliver focused customer strategies
Prepares client status reports and participates in client reviews
Acts as the point of contact for clients and manages process escalations from start to resolution
Good understanding of operational drivers that contribute to excellent customer experience
Experience in change management with demonstrated improvements following implementation
Provides coaching and feedback, and is responsible for delivering the defined complaints management process
Contributes to the initial hiring and selection of team members
Handles people management responsibilities, including HR-related matters, feedback, appraisals, and staff development
Leads team motivation, engagement, and development of future leaders
Ensures resource optimization
Demonstrates strong operational capabilities such as capacity planning, resource management, and travel readiness
Assists in preparing offshore training strategies, including methodology, duration, and desired outcomes
Develops and implements strong retention and employee engagement strategies
