Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in either building or industrial automation sectors.
- Regularly visit customers to promote and explain the benefits of Uniwells products and services.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Customize solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Actively pursue sales opportunities to their successful conclusion.
- Build and maintain enduring customer relationships.
- Participate in project execution and provide exceptional after-sales support.
- Engage in industry exhibitions and seminars to showcase Uniwells technologies.
- Consistently report on market activities, customer insights, and competitive dynamics.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- Background in calibration, process control, or instrumentation is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer and site visits.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability and technical acumen.
- Previous sales experience in a similar industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong motivation to develop sales skills and professional abilities through our training programs.
- Based in Manila, ready to work from our headquarters in Mandaluyong City.
