About the Role
- Work on real products used at scale
- Build, ship, and own systems—not just features
- Follow an AI-first development approach using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to move faster and build better
Responsibilities
- Build and ship scalable systems and applications
- Own features end-to-end (design → development → production)
- Design APIs, data flows, and system architecture
- Improve performance, reliability, and scalability
- Work on asynchronous systems (queues, background jobs, workflows)
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams
Qualifications
We’re looking for people who can run systems—not just write MERN code.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and React / Next.js
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Working knowledge of TypeScript
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Redis and asynchronous programming patterns
- Comfortable with AI-first development (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience building or working on AI/ML projects
- Understanding of vector embeddings
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with Git
