As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Financial Controller to join our team and play a key role in driving financial excellence across the organization.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and leadership team, influence business decisions, and help build scalable financial processes in a fast-growing technology company.
What You'll Do
- Own the company's financial operations, reporting, and controls
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning
- Analyze company performance and provide actionable insights to management
- Track profitability across customers, projects, and business units
- Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
- Monitor revenue recognition, invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Develop and improve financial processes, KPIs, and reporting systems
- Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and business modeling
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls
What We're Looking For
- CPA certification (Israel) – required
- 3+ years of experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant, preferably in a technology company
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Experience working with ERP and financial systems (Priority ERP is an advantage)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to work with data and financial models
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Independent, proactive, and hands-on approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
