As Assistant Learning Manager, you will serve as a role model and learning partner for all Team Members, supporting the development of a high-performance culture through effective learning and development initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, coordinating and delivering learning programs, managing orientation and onboarding processes, supporting individual development plans, and monitoring training effectiveness. You will work closely with Departmental Trainers and the Property Leadership Team to enhance team members’ skills, leadership capabilities, service excellence, and career growth. Through strategic learning initiatives, you will contribute to employee engagement, operational performance, guest satisfaction, and the achievement of the hotel’s business objectives.
