We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to support HVAC and service-trade companies with admin tasks, documentation, and day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for candidates who have experience working with service-based businesses (HVAC, plumbing, construction, etc.).
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and process invoices for services and equipment
- Submit warranty registrations and rebate documentation
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Support office managers with daily operations
- Assist with customer-related admin tasks
- Help with basic coordination and updates
What we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting service-based businesses (HVAC, plumbing, construction, etc.) is a MUST
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin, or similar role
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using systems and learning new tools
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently
Nice to have:
- Experience handling permits, rebates, or compliance documentation
- Familiarity with CRM or admin tools
- Experience with scheduling or coordination
