Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Testing Lead to manage end-to-end testing activities, drive quality assurance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The candidate should have strong experience in test planning, execution, defect management, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: Lead the testing team and own overall test delivery Prepare test strategy, test plans, and execution approach Coordinate with developers, business teams, and customers for requirement understanding Ensure quality of deliverables through functional, integration, and regression testing Track defects, test progress, and provide regular status updates Support UAT and ensure timely closure of issues Required Skills: Strong experience in QA/testing and team leadership Good understanding of manual and/or automation testing Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with customers and gather requirements Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills Able to join immediately or within 1–2 weeks
