TA Ops Analyst

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage and support operational incidents within the Avature Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Troubleshoot issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely closure of tickets
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or disruptions

Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders (Talent Acquisition Partners and People Operations Team)
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across regions
  • Gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure stakeholder expectations are met

Communication
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal
  • Translate technical issues into simple, business-friendly language
  • Provide regular updates on incidents, resolutions, and system changes

Continuous Improvement
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within TA operations and Avature workflows
  • Support implementation of new processes or system changes

Mindset & Collaboration
  • Open to feedback and new ideas, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Collaborative approach, working closely with global and cross-functional teams

What You'll Need:


  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with Avature (preferred)
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Open to candidates with a recruitment background
  • Exposure to small projects or cross-functional collaboration is a plus (not mandatory)
