Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive inventory program that
identifies inventory deviations and their root causes and improve inventory accuracy in all warehouse locations.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinates with Warehouse Manager and/or Warehouse Assistant and checks system records to regularly monitor monthly inventory counts in all warehouses to identify inventory variances.
- Performs thorough research and investigation to identify root causes and supply possible solutions.
- Reports deviations and causes and coordinates with stakeholders to identify measures to improve inventory accuracy.
- Develops policies and procedures and works with key personnel to effectively implement process improvements to optimize overall location and item level accuracy and maintain the highest possible productivity levels.
- Monitors warehouse and store transfers for accuracy and cost effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Business Administration, Major in Operations / Accountancy
- Must have at least one (1) year working experience in the related field
- Must have strong communication (both oral and written), analytical, and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be adept with computer software, especially databases and spreadsheets
- Must be keen into details with a high degree of accuracy
- Must be able to maintain organized records
- Must be able to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment with interruptions, to meet deadlines
