Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the cafe-restaurant, maintaining high standards of service, product quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage, train, and motivate baristas and branch staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and performance expectations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally while fostering a positive and welcoming dining experience.
- Oversee cash handling, sales reporting, inventory control, stock replenishment, and cost management to support branch profitability and operational efficiency.
- Maintain adherence to food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company standards while ensuring the branch remains clean, organized, and audit-ready.
