PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER
Your role is to support the Production Supervisor with the day-to-day line management of the department. You are expected to ensure that production of items are carried out efficiently, effectively, and in adherence to the company's standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the production operations
- Implement the daily work plan for the production personnel
- Resolve production operational problems on time and reports any deviation/issues to the Supervisor
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of customer orders
- Perform record-keeping and reporting tasks
Requirements And Skills
- A graduate of any engineering courses but with high preference to Industrial, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
- With at least 2 years experience in production operations, 1 year of which is in a team lead role
- Preferably with experience in a construction or manufacturing industry
- Understands the basics of production management and operations
- Highly analytical and good problem solving skills
- Good communication skills and exemplifies good interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
