Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software components. - Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Experience with responsive design principles to create user-friendly interfaces across devices. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git for efficient code management. - Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot front-end issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - This position is based at our Manila office.
