The individual actively manages communication channels to address concerns, align expectations, and facilitate smooth execution throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement. - Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to optimize delivery efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Delivery Operations Control. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong capability in coordinating cross-functional teams to drive project milestones. - Experience in managing project scope, schedules, and deliverables to meet business goals. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports for stakeholders. - Skilled in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to enhance operational control.
