Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will develop comprehensive testing architectures utilizing innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve providing technical leadership and strategic direction in quality engineering, ensuring that testing processes are efficient and effective while collaborating with various teams to enhance overall product quality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team and across departments. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure high-quality outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Test Management. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Proficient in developing and implementing test strategies and plans. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Test Management. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
