FutureProof VA exists to help ambitious Filipino VAs, freelancers, BPO workers, creators, and operators move beyond basic task work into stronger judgment, communication, sales, marketing, execution, AI-era leverage, proof, and opportunity.

FutureProof exists to help Filipino workers move beyond basic task work into stronger judgment, communication, sales, marketing, execution, proof, and opportunity.

The right person is not only looking for a small job. The right person sees the bigger upside: learning how to create demand, build trust, start buyer conversations, earn from performance, and grow into a bigger role if they prove they can create results.

This role is unique on purpose. For the right person, we are giving you a sales playbook, content direction, support, feedback, a live campaign, and a chance to turn your network, energy, and follow-up into money and proof. We are not trying to make this attractive to everybody. We are trying to find the people who get it and want to move.

Strong performers can target about $500-$2,000/month plus additional benefits, depending on approved work, ticket sales they close, consistency, and future responsibility.

Top performers may be able to push toward $1,000+ early, and the goal is to help serious people grow toward thousands of dollars over time as they prove they can create real demand and take on bigger responsibility.

This is not automatic. It is for people who move, follow up, track properly, and create outcomes.

You can choose one of two compensation options:

Option 1: Base plus commission

• $300/month base for approved work, showing up properly, and following the team system.
• $10 per paid ticket sale you close.

Option 2: Pure commission

• No monthly base.
• $20 per paid ticket sale you close.

Target: 20 paid ticket sales you close.

A paid ticket sale means someone actually buys from FutureProof through a sale you close, and FutureProof can trace and approve it.

We are not paying for random names, vague interest, or messy tracking. We care about real people, real conversations, clean follow-up, and paid outcomes.

• Results and activity are reviewed/calculated weekly so everyone can see what is moving.
• Your selected compensation option, commission rules, cutoff rules, payment method, and timing will be confirmed in written role terms before work starts.
• Commissions tied to buyer payments are paid only after FutureProof has received/cleared the buyer cash and the sale is approved/tracked.

Strong performers can also get:

• Guaranteed access to the FutureProof private event / mastermind and six-month community as part of the approved team opportunity.
• Direct training, feedback, scripts, sales support, and team access.
• A work-from-home path for the right people.
• Real proof, status, relationships, and experience inside a live growth campaign.
• A chance to grow into higher roles: creator pod lead, sales/growth lead, engagement lead, team trainer, or other bigger responsibility.
• More earning upside if you exceed targets and prove you can create results.

You will help FutureProof grow by:

• Creating approved UGC-style short videos and posts.
• Posting approved content from your own account when assigned.
• Supporting FutureProof, Athan, and team content so the right people see it.
• Starting conversations with people in your own network.
• Finding people who could realistically buy, join, or refer FutureProof.
• Building and managing your lead book.
• Following up with interested people.
• Bringing questions, objections, and feedback back to the team.
• Reporting daily activity and results clearly.

Working targets may include approved face-visible videos, assigned engagement, daily buyer conversations or lead-building, clean tracking, and consistent follow-up. Final targets will be confirmed before start.

We are hiring now.

Current plan:

• Two-week training / onboarding starting the week of June 29, 2026.
• Six-week activation sprint starting the week of July 13, 2026.
• Weekly performance check-ins so we can coach quickly, fix issues early, and see who is really moving.

In training, you will learn what FutureProof is, what you can say, what you cannot promise, how to create useful content, how to start buyer conversations, how to track leads and follow-ups, and how to close within the approved system.

• You can follow a system without sounding fake.
• You want to learn content, sales, buyer psychology, follow-up, and growth.

• You only want guaranteed pay without performance pressure.
• You only want to make videos and avoid conversations.
• You do not want to sell, follow up, or track details.
• You would rather wing it than follow approved claims.
• You are uncomfortable being corrected quickly.
• You want vague work with no standards.

• You do not approve price, payment, refunds, seats, venue, or guarantee claims.
• You do not collect payments directly.
• You do not promise special access or guaranteed outcomes beyond approved language.
