We’re hiring a Technical Support Specialist - Shopify App to support a fast-growing SaaS platform used by Shopify stores worldwide.
This is a great opportunity for early-career candidates who want hands-on experience in SaaS, eCommerce, and customer support.
What you’ll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and support tools
- Troubleshoot issues and guide users through solutions
- Log and manage tickets using internal systems (e.g. Jira)
- Escalate more complex issues to the development team
- Learn the product and help customers get the most out of it
- Understand how customers use the platform and provide helpful, relevant support
What we’re looking for
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to explain things clearly and simply
Nice to have (not required)
- Background in customer support, tech support, or similar roles
- Familiarity with Shopify or eCommerce platforms
- Experience with ticketing tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web concepts

Work setup
- Full-time, remote
- 5 days per week
- 8 hours per shift
