What are we looking for?
Skills Required
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Mandatory: Experience with Managing Azure Virtual Machines, preferably within a multi-tenant environment is a non-negotiable requirement
- Highly Desirable: Experience with managing and supporting Published Applications with Go-Global software from Graphon or similaro
- Highly desirable: Experience with managing and supporting Azure Application Gateway, with special emphasis on listeners, backend settings and pools.
What will you do?
- Provides user support for ad hoc technical issues
- Perform upgrades for our Application software
- Participate in the testing of an internally developed Android / iOS Application
- Investigate issues relating to internally developed Android / iOS Application
- Primarily handle technical support via email and ticketing system; good telephone skills are essential
- Participate in team sessions and occasional client stand-up meetings
- Due to the nature of the role, after hours work will be required from time-to-time to assist with technical issues, investigations and after hours software upgrades
