Your Role And Responsibilities
As Citrix Administrator you will design, implement, and manage Citrix DaaS environments integrated with cloud identity and access services. The role involves end-to-end deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Citrix DaaS with secure authentication mechanisms and Azure-based services.
- Design and architect Citrix DaaS solutions based on business requirements
- Implement and configure end-to-end Citrix DaaS components (Cloud Connectors, VDAs, Delivery Groups, etc.)
- Integrate Citrix DaaS with Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), including cloud-hosted domain environments
- Configure and enable SAML-based SSO and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication
- Manage identity integration with Entra ID and Azure cloud services
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize Citrix DaaS infrastructure for performance, availability, and security
- Troubleshoot issues related to Citrix, authentication, and cloud integrations
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Strong experience with Citrix DaaS / Citrix Cloud
- Hands-on expertise in ADDS (on-prem and cloud-hosted) integration
- Experience configuring SAML SSO and Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication
- Knowledge of Azure services (VMs, networking, identity, etc.)
- Experience with Citrix components such as Studio, Director, and Workspace
- Understanding of networking, security, and virtualization concepts
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V)
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments
- Familiarity with automation tools (PowerShell, ARM templates, etc.)
