POC for Communications, ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood and implemented.
Collaborates with Mall/Store Operations Team, Leasing, and Engineering for support and issues related to the Department.
Manage Work Orders/Job Orders (Company-Wide).
Assist in the coordination and tracking of all activities, including contractors and vendors.
Establish dashboards for tracking and monitoring (Company-Wide) overall service quality.
Assist the EFM in establishing a database for Facilities Physical Assets.
Initiate tagging of Facilities Assets for monitoring and tracking, and establish ELE/EUL (Estimated Life Expectancy/Estimated Useful Life).
Assist the EFM in formulating PPMS (Planned Preventive Maintenance Schedule) in every branch.
Assist the EFM in establishing Real-Time Enterprise Asset Monitoring.
Suggest improvements and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
Report directly to the EFM.
