The Leadman / Foreman to supervise on-site workers and ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities
- Assign tasks to workers and ensure productivity targets are met
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor quality, safety, and proper use of tools and materials
- Coordinate with Site Engineer and Project Manager
- Report daily progress and site issues
- Maintain discipline and safe work practices on site
