Job Description

Handle local and export case operations related to automotive sales
Assist in case preparation, documentation, and monitoring of sales transactions
Promote and support sales of automotive products and services
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and other internal departments for case-related requirements
Assist customers with inquiries and provide quality customer service
Ensure timely and accurate processing of assigned sales and case tasks
Maintain organized records and monitor case progress until completion
Perform other duties related to sales, customer service, and case handling as assigned

Qualifications

With background in Automotive Sales is an advantage
With experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
With driving experience (4-wheels) is required
With valid drivers license
Background in Sales Administration is an advantage
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Willing to learn and flexible in handling tasks
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently and with a team
