Oversee the overall operations and administrative functions of all clinic branches to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and DOH regulations.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve service quality, patient satisfaction, and organizational performance.
Manage and supervise Clinic Managers, providing leadership, guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Ensure adequate staffing and engagement of qualified physicians, specialists, and allied healthcare professionals to meet operational requirements and business targets.
Monitor clinic performance, operational metrics, patient volume, and revenue generation to achieve company objectives.
Handle sales and revenue management, including the development and execution of strategies to increase clinic profitability and business growth.
Identify training and development needs of clinic personnel and recommend programs to enhance service delivery, operational excellence, and patient experience.
Ensure high standards of patient care is consistently maintained across all clinic branches.
Oversee branch budgets, resource allocation, procurement, and cost-control initiatives.
Monitor compliance with DOH regulations, licensing requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies.
Review and analyze operational reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
Lead special projects, branch expansions, process improvements, and organizational development initiatives.
Identify training needs and recommendations to improve patient experience.
Job Requirements
Education :Graduate of any medical course. Licensed medical practitioner.
Experience:Atleast 5 years experience in a managerial level/executive level in clinic or hospital management
Skills :High leadership skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills. Excellent decision making skills.
