Production Planning and Scheduling

Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and inventory levels
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and smooth workflow

Inventory Management

Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

Prepare and analyze material forecasts
Coordinate with purchasing for timely replenishment of materials based on production schedules

Logistics and Coordination

Plan and manage the flow of materials from warehouse to production and from production to shipping
Handle export documentation, LCL coordination, and delivery scheduling

Data Management and Reporting

Maintain accurate production and inventory records using Google Sheets or ERP systems
Generate daily and monthly PPIC reports for management review

Continuous Improvement

Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce lead time
Collaborate with other departments for better coordination and workflow efficiency

Compliance and Documentation

Requirements

Graduate of Industrial Engineering or related course
Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
With logistics background (advantage)
With 35 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in PPIC roles (Planning & Warehousing)
Knowledge in Warehouse, Planning, PPIC Role
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling export documentation and LCL coordination
