Job Description:

Demonstrated expertise in Performance Engineering, with an innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
Experience in Chaos Engineering practices.
Strong experience in LoadRunner scripting and testing across MQ, APIs, and complex architectures involving multi-cloud and on-premises systems.
Exposure to Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) is advantage
Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS/SaaS services such as Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end performance testing engagements.
Experience in project estimation and resource management.
Innovative thinking, with exposure to AI capabilities considered an advantage.
Experience in non-functional requirements gathering and driving
Experience in Test plan and test closure reports
Experience in performance tuning and recommendations

Technical Skills

Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
Strong scripting capability in Python, Java, or Groovy for test automation.
Deep understanding of database tuning and distributed computing systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance testing within them.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, etc.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective leadership and team collaboration skills.
Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, with flexibility in working hours.
Experience working in both onshore and offshore delivery models.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
