About the Role
We’re looking for a Motion Graphics Editor who can confidently create visually engaging content across both long-form YouTube formats and high-performing short-form content like Reels and Shorts.
This role combines editing, animation, and storytelling , someone who understands how motion can elevate content, simplify ideas, improve retention, and create a strong visual identity across formats. You’ll work closely with content and creative teams to deliver motion-led edits optimized for digital platforms and aligned with brand tone.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and execute motion graphics for long-form YouTube videos, podcasts, trailers, Shorts, and Reels.
• Edit and enhance videos using motion to improve retention, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Translate complex concepts into simple, visually compelling narratives.
• Collaborate with content teams to structure edits around hooks, pacing, and storytelling flow.
• Stay updated with evolving editing styles, motion trends, and platform-native content formats.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of experience in Motion Graphics and Video Editing.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual flow, and content retention.
• Experience working across both long-form and short-form content formats.
• Strong motion graphics skills with the ability to build expressive and clean animations.
• Understanding of podcast storytelling, podcast trailers, and YouTube-first content styles.
• Fair understanding of retention cuts, hooks, dopamine ladder, and audience behavior.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
• Strong eye for typography, composition, transitions, and visual consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.
Selection Process
