We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Content Specialist to join the team in our Philippines office.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week

CohnReznick has an exciting opportunity for a Change Management Specialist to join the Office of Change Management (OCM), with a primary focus on instructional development and learning enablement.

The OCM plays a central role in enabling successful enterprise change by driving adoption, readiness, and sustained value across strategic initiatives. This role supports that mission by designing and delivering high‑quality learning solutions that equip employees to adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working.

Reporting to a Change Manager or Change Management Director, the Change Management Specialist partners closely with change leads, learning partners, and subject matter experts to translate change impacts into effective, learner‑centered instructional assets aligned with OCM standards.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

This role supports mid‑to‑large scale enterprise initiatives, including platform implementations, process changes, and operating model shifts. The Specialist focuses on the instructional design and development of learning and performance support materials that enable readiness and adoption.

The Specialist operates within defined change strategies and governance, contributing deep expertise in adult learning, content development, and learner experience, while gaining exposure to enterprise change delivery in a matrixed environment.

INSTRUCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND CHANGE PRIORITIS

Primary Priorities For This Role Include

  • Designing and developing instructional solutions that support change adoption and proficiency
  • Translating complex process or system changes into clear, actionable learning content
  • Applying OCM learning standards to ensure consistency and quality across initiatives
  • Supporting readiness efforts through timely delivery of role‑based learning and performance support
  • Continuously improving learning assets based on feedback and adoption insights

The role emphasizes practical, learner‑centered execution while building instructional capability within the OCM practice.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

  • Design and develop learning solutions, including instructor‑led materials, self‑paced content, job aids, and performance support tools
  • Partner with change managers, SMEs, and business stakeholders to understand change impacts and learning needs
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to support behavior change and skill adoption
  • Contribute to learning needs assessments and support sequencing decisions based on readiness requirements
  • Update and refine learning materials based on feedback, adoption data, and evolving change needs
  • Ensure learning deliverables align with OCM standards, branding, and governance
  • Support facilitation or deployment of learning solutions as needed

KEY COMPETENCIES

This role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables across initiatives. The Specialist is expected to work collaboratively, incorporate feedback quickly, and maintain a learner‑first mindset while operating in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Your Experience.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or enablement roles
  • Experience supporting change, transformation, or system implementations preferred
