Here’s the difference you’ll make

You are responsible for overseeing and coordinating sales and operational activities to support the Business Unit Head in achieving business objectives. You are to ensure the efficient flow of operations, supervises daily tasks, and provides comprehensive reporting to facilitate strategic decision-making. You act as a key liaison between teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of company initiatives and data driven top management reports.

What You’ll Do

Sales Support

  • Monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and resolution of any concerns.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends, providing actionable recommendations to drive growth.
  • Coordination with Procurement and Purchase Requisition of needed tools and materials.
  • Audit on requirements for the Account Setup Application before endorsement to Finance.
  • Assist in approval and routing of Legal Documents for customer sign-off.
  • Prepares yearly Budget for Sales and Revenue for the whole Forwarding Business Unit and coordination with Financial and Planning Department from time to time.

Operational Management

  • Supervise daily chase for the operations POD management for the Undelivered, Un-updated report/Delivery Performance, and other operational reports making all transactions recognized as revenue in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the availability of resources, tools, and materials to support seamless operations.
  • Enforce adherence to company policies, processes, and safety protocols.

Reporting and Data Management

  • Prepare and present detailed operational and sales reports for management review.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of business activities, ensuring data integrity.
  • Utilize data to identify performance gaps and propose solutions to optimize processes.

Team Leadership

  • Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to sales support staff for the reports, contract inventory and other sales support tasks such as accreditation requirements, sales master list. Bidding requirement, etc.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.

Administrative Support

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and communication on behalf of the Business Unit Head.
  • Oversee the preparation of documentation, including invoices, contracts, and performance records.
  • Act as the point of contact for inter-departmental coordination and external stakeholders.
  • Prepares Minutes of Meeting in all meetings including the Business Unit Head.

Events Management

  • Preparing and hosting monthly townhall for the Business Unit and Branches nationwide.
  • Planning and execution of Kick off, Top Accounts Recognition, Strategic Planning, Midyear Planning and other Events of the Business Unit such as partnership with Key Valued Partner.
