The main responsibility is monitoring of employees’ health
condition
and compliance in Occupational Safety and
Health Standards
.

What You’ll Do:

· - Attend daily
employee/client's health needs and
<span style="border-bottom:transparent;background-position:0px 100%;font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;">facilitates
transfer of patients that <span style="border-bottom:transparent;background-position:0px 100%;font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;">needs emergency care. <span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· -Administer first aid and basic life support when need
arises
<span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· - Telemedicine across
AOR
<span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· -Collaborate with physician, co-nurses, and OSH
Supervisor/Manager to devise individualized care plans for patients/employees
<span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· -Dispense over the counter drugs and prescribed
medications accordingly.
<span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· -Manages, facilitate, and maintain systematic filing and storage of employees’ records in
matters of Pre-placement Examination, Annual Physical examination and other
relevant records, and reports
<span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· -Perform on-time Medical Certificate validation and
issuance of Fit to Work
<span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· -Ensure accurate Clinic
Trackers for Employee’s Health Monitoring such as but not limited to Covid
Monitoring,
Food and Waterborne Diseases Tracker, and OSH App
<span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· -Prepare and maintain Monthly Clinic Operation Update, Annual Medical
Report, and other pertinent reports as
required
<span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· -Provide and maintain EC Logbook for identified work-related accidents/injuries <span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· -Responsible in Inventory of Clinic Supplies and
request for replenishment
<span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· -Maintain safety and health equipment, material,
supplies, and protective devices in good condition
<span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· -Promote and
coordinate good health, workplace safety, and other related matters to engage
all employees thru health teaching and information materials

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· -Assist in developing and managing emergency
procedures/protocols, and health programs and bulletins
<span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· -Perform home visit upon request of OSH
Supervisor/Manager
<span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· -Responsible in the delivery of medicine supplies to
employees when need arises
<span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· -Assist employees to services offered by OSH, and HMO-related
concerns thru coordination with HR
<span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">· -Perform other similar or related duties as assigned <span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

What You Need to
Have:

· - <span style="border-bottom:transparent;background-position:0px 100%;font-family:Arial;font-size:14px;">Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Must be a Registered Nurse with active PRC license <span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

· - Open to fresh graduates <span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">·
- Work experience in a corporate/ industrial setting is a plus
<span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">

<p class="paragraph" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt;text-indent:-18pt;vertical-align:baseline;">·
-
Experienced in
dealing with all types of people, situation (particularly in an emergency and
critical situation), and environment

-Having OHNAP (Occupational Health Nurses Association of the
Philippines) certification is preferred

-Must possess valid training on Basic Life Support (BLS), First-Aid,
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), advance Cardiovascular Life Support (Red
Cross certification preferred)

- Proficient in MS Office applications and must possess the ability to conduct research via internet and
