As a Program Manager, you will own the client relationship end-to-end for a portfolio of 8–12 senior executive clients. You will lead weekly calls, direct a small research team, and be the primary point of accountability for client outcomes. This is not a coordination role. It is a thinking role.
What you'll do:
Own a portfolio of senior executive clients across their active programme phases
Lead weekly client calls — set the agenda, communicate progress, handle concerns
Direct a team of 2–3 researchers and hold them accountable to quality and timelines
Translate the ExecEdge methodology into specific, actionable next steps for each client
Work with a high degree of autonomy — escalating to founders only when genuinely needed
Who you are:
2–6 years in a client-facing role — consulting, HR, career services, B2B account management, or similar
Comfortable holding conversations with senior stakeholders
Strong on LinkedIn — Boolean search, Sales Navigator, profile analysis
Clear, direct communicator — written and verbal
Someone who takes ownership seriously
Good to have:
Background in recruitment or executive search
CRM/ATS experience
MBA or postgrad degree
