Job Description
Supervise and manage the daily activities of the Operations and Administrative Team. Ensure smooth execution of office operations, documentation, and workflow processes. Monitor turnaround times and quality of administrative outputs. Coordinate with Sales, Leasing, Finance, Legal, and Property Management teams. Oversee preparation, filing, and safekeeping of contracts, deeds, permits, and other real estate documents. Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs). Handle escalated operational and administrative concerns. Prepare operational reports, productivity tracking, and performance summaries. Assist management in planning and executing operational strategies. Train, coach, and evaluate team members. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support budgeting, procurement, and inventory of office supplies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate Management, or related field. At least 5 to 10 years of experience in operations or administrative supervision (real estate experience is an advantage). Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Good communication and coordination skills Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and basic reporting tools. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
