Job Description
- Manages the day to day operations of the restaurant. 2) Consistently supervises and trains the Restaurant and Bar attendants in setting the dining areas according to the functions and service requirements of the guests. 3) Monitors the general condition of the outlets to ensure cleanliness, good working order and prompt repair or replacement of assets needing attention. 4) Interacts with F&B customers and hotel guests to obtain feedback on quality and service. 5) Responds to any guest complaints and problems related to F&B products and services. 6) Schedules meetings and training of F&B staff regularly to build an effective team. 7) Coordinates closely with the Kitchen to ensure prompt service and high quality of products. 8) Works in close conjunction with the General Manager and co-department heads to come up with a yearly Marketing Plan for the F&B Department.
Requirements
college graduate with strong FB experience ( hotel and restaurant) good decision skills
