Responsible for managing multiple complex development projects ranging from identifying potential sites to permitting. This position is created to ensure system-wide business development initiatives are properly planned and coordinated.
Requirements
Education
- Graduate of any four-year course Experience
- Professional: 5-8 years Project Development experience, preferably from the real estate industry Training

- None Others
- Working knowledge of technical drawings and specifications
- Above-average business modeling and financial analysis using MS Excel
- Abreast with real estate trends
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly analytical, organized and process-oriented
