Job Description
- Oversees daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, and security to ensure smooth service delivery. Conducts regular walkthroughs and operational audits. -Develops, monitors, and controls annual budgets, forecasts, and expense plans. Analyzes financial reports (P&L, GOP, RevPAR) to drive revenue and profitability. -Leads, trains, and inspires department heads and staff to uphold service excellence. Conducts performance reviews and implements coaching and development plans -Collaborates with the Marketing and Sales team in creating packages, promos, and campaigns. Oversees pricing, distribution, and revenue optimization strategies. -Ensures that all guest touchpoints reflect the Yello brand image. Builds relationships with local communities and stakeholders to boost hotel visibility and goodwill.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field. Master’s Degree is an advantage. -Familiarity with Hotel PMS, financial systems, and local regulatory compliance. -Leadership, Financial Management, Hotel Standards & Safety Compliance, Brand Management
