The role

As a Social Media Graphic Designer at Kraken, you'll be the creative engine behind our clients' brands. You'll produce scroll-stopping visual content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more - tailored to each client's identity, strategy, and audience.

You'll work closely with account managers to understand client briefs and deliver polished, on-brand content at pace. This is a fast-moving role that rewards creativity, consistency, and a sharp eye for what performs on social media.

Your responsibilities

• Design 20+ branded social media posts per client per month across multiple platforms
• Adapt brand guidelines, colour palettes, and visual styles for each client
• Collaborate with account managers to interpret creative briefs and client feedback
• Deliver revisions quickly and professionally based on client or internal feedback
• Maintain consistency across content sets while ensuring each post is scroll-stopping
• Stay current with social media design trends, platform formats, and best practices
• Organise and manage design files and assets across multiple client accounts
• Contribute creative ideas to content strategies when needed

What you need to succeed

• Proven experience in graphic design for social media
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media content across multiple industries
• Expert proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without compromising quality
• Fast turnaround ability - delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and brand consistency
• Clear, professional communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Experience with video/Reel design or motion graphics
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
• Understanding of what makes content perform on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

What this isn't
