Position Overview
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies that strengthen brand presence, increase audience engagement, and drive meaningful interactions across multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
Set up, optimize, and manage business social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and others.
Plan, create, and schedule compelling content tailored to target audiences.
Develop and maintain content calendars to support brand awareness and engagement objectives.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with online communities through comments, messages, and interactions.
Create high-quality visual and video content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
Track social media performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Support media planning initiatives and assist in the execution and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns across major social media platforms.
Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital engagement strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic graphic design and content creation skills using Canva or similar design tools.
Creative, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
Passion for digital marketing, storytelling, content creation, and community engagement.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and performance expectations.
